Cotton4u respects your privacy and undertakes not to share your personal information provided to us. Personal information collected are used for orders and individual customer care only.

You are responsible to provide accurate account information for all purchases made on this website. Please ensure the correct shipping information is provided when placing an order.

 

Products & pricing

Cotton4u reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Every effort is made to be consistent in manufacturing affordable, quality cotton clothing.

Cotton4u use greige Cotton fabric that are dyed in big quantities for our clothing collection. Due to this process shades and textures of the fabric can vary from dye lot to dye lot and are not guaranteed to be the same.

We cannot guarantee that images on our website exactly represent actual products.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to reject orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers or distributors.

 

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. The use of this service is at your sole risk.

 

Order Process

Orders will be processed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday once we received a confirmed order and full payment.

We will contact you immediately when something is out of stock.

We currently only accept payment by EFT.

 

Shipping

Free shipping for orders over a R1000.

An additional Flat Rate of R100 for orders under R1000 will be added to your cart.

Orders will be process within 24 hours.

Allow 3-7 days for delivery depending on courier service and area of delivery.

A waybill/tracking number will be provided for you to track delivery of your purchase.

 

We are currently only able to deliver in South Africa.

 

Exchanges/Returns

Clothing can be exchanged or returned only if in original sale condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags/labels attached).

Notify us within 7 days of delivery in writing to info@cotton4u.co.za

Proof of purchase must be provided.

The cost of shipping for exchanges and returns will be for the cost of the customer.

 

If the clothing is faulty notify us in writing within 5 working days of receipt to info@cotton4u.co.za

We will assist you with the process of returning faulty clothing.

Faulty clothing must be returned in original sale condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags/labels attached).

Proof of purchase must be provided.

 

The refund of orders and courier costs returning faulty clothing will be determined once the clothing has been received and inspection has been completed.
